Tonight's 2 hours of Apprentice starts with the Clip Show from 9-10pm and continues from 10-11pm with Episode 10 "Shaniagans".
Each team must create a call-in campaign to promote the "Shania by Stetson" fragrance by using the advertising technique of "wrapping." Whoever gets the most calls to its 800 number wins. Season one "Apprentice" winner Bill Rancic steps in to replace George Ross this week.
One team sabotages their competition after getting wind of their plans. In one of the closest boardroom wins ever, the winning team beats out their competition by a mere five calls. The winners saddle up and share a dinner with world-famous country music star Shania Twain as the losing team heads into the boardroom to determine the final four.

(College Station, Texas) Realtor -- Good enough, smart enough, and creative enough, and gosh darn it, people like me.

(Philadelphia, Pa.) Investment Banker -- ...superior dynamic, charismatic, electric personality -- Toral didn't step up to lead the team. She didn't prove herself with ideas or concepts. She didn't put on the degrading costume. She did, however, talk WAY too much in the boardroom. Keeping the attention on Toral is what got her fired.

Ricardo can you explain what you want pictures of???

Nice. Randal did something that would have had him immediately fired in a real job (but which is typical college game) and kept his team out of the boardroom by a VERY SMALL MARGIN. Which is good for him as he DEFINATELY would have been fired as it was clearly his idea and was responsible for sales efforts.
Adam's time was up, so ignoring Randal's college-grade rip off job which pobably would have got him fired if it had occured during a time Trump cared about the importance of ethics in his company -- the failure was Adam so he deserved to bee fired.

I don't understand Trumps firings sometimes. Clearly Alla's team lost to Felicia not Adam
Posted by: ny10021 | November 24, 2005 at 11:14 PM
It almost goes without saying that if Capital edge(CE) lost that the remnants of the bloven would gang up against Adam!!!! And the did. Poor Adam!!!
Next week if CE looses they will turn against each other!!!It's gonna get nasty from here on & exciting! Fnally
I guess that Randal & Rebecca does have it in them---That defeat last week brought out the tiger in them--go figure. Nothing like a butt whupping to shake things up.

Even though Adam was fired, this boardroom exposed Felisha's inferiority with the other 3 candidates. THIS boardroom deserved a double firing, not the BR with Marshawn and Brian. Marshawn should not have been fired that week. We are down to the final four: Rebecca, Randal, Alla, and Felisha. Felisha will be fired next week. Alla won't make it past the interview process, and Rebecca will prove herself against Randall to become DT's next Apprentice.

I bet Randall wins...Time for a Black person....no i am not bias but, if trump does not hire one the viewers will.
NO I AM NOT GOING TO EXPLAIN END OF STORY

You're saying thet Randal's tactics would have gotten him fired in the real world? Oh Please!!!!!
If a business plans to use an advertising tactic & the competition beats them to the punch & does it better its not the competition who is at fault!!!!!
This is Business-----that's why companies realise that confidentiality is essential--Beating your competitor at their own game is the name of the game & it takes balls. Randal has been critercized for not being a risk taker--Tonight he took a risk & fortunately for him it paid off!!!!!If he lost he could have been fired-- Ultimately he took the risk!!
Posted by: Xtreme | November 24, 2005 at 11:28 PM
Did you watch the show? Randal had 60 people. Alla had 15. The difference of victory was 5 calls. That means Alla ran a FAR more succesful advertising campaign in terms of productivity. That is because Alla understands selling and knows how to manage people. That is a mindset as well as a skill set, both of which Randal lacks as we can plainly see. If he hadn't have stolen the megaphones, Alla could have created a much larger commotion, attracted people with the word "FREE!" and severely beaten CE. And Randal DEFINATELY would have been fired. Hell, she probably would have won with just one more person.
Alla came out of this clearly 10,000 times stronger in a real-world sales task.

Could someone give a quick recap of what happened tonight from 10 to 11??? Please i missed it!!
Posted by: Giovana | November 24, 2005 at 11:57 PM
Bottom line is Alla is a stripper, she'll make it to the interview process where she'll be cut off at the knees, forced to reveal her disgraceful stripping days. I don't care if you are the biggest, best seller, and the most creative thinker, if you have turned to cheaply stripping to make money. You're done in my books. If I know Trump, Trump does not hire strippers.
Posted by: Rokker | November 24, 2005 at 11:57 PM
Alla and co probably secretly dialed the phone number nonstop themselves, if they can use their own phones to call.
Posted by: Adamy | November 25, 2005 at 12:02 AM
"Trump does not hire strippers. "
Yup Trump said that exactly in episode 2. So Randal it is.

You are arguing semantics & not very well!!!
Firstly there were 3 people on CE & 2 on Excel.
Secondly, winning the task depended on the amount of calls each team recieved.
Staying out of the boardroom is the objective & Excel achieved that.
If Randal was unabe to manage people he would not have won 3 tasks--He got Marcus to perform didn't he? he also runs a productive company so he must be able to manage.
As for productivity--- how about common sense-the more persons to man the phones the more calls on can recieve. If you are expecting a bumper crom would you hire one farmhand??? NO!
Posted by: Xtreme | November 25, 2005 at 12:06 AM
So she was a stripper. Big deal. Should not be a factor at all.
Posted by: Defen | November 25, 2005 at 12:07 AM
"Trump does not hire strippers. "
Did not know he said that. Must of missed that. Anyway should not matter. Trump seems to be inconsistent anyway.
Posted by: Defen | November 25, 2005 at 12:09 AM
how can Donald Trump be so ignorant? It is obvious to me that the carriages did work- Capital Edge lost by 5 calls. The 15 people that they had selling with the billboards did not look very qualified and they did not have megaphones. Apparently the 950 something calls came from the advertising on the carriages. If the people in the streets that were selling for the winning team were so effective, with 45 more people they should have won by a lot more than 5 calls. Am I the only one who can understand this, I really thought Donald, Caroline and Bill were smarter than that- maybe they will read this and realize they were wrong and bring Adam back- that would be a good twist for ratings. DONALD -JUST DO IT!
Posted by: danielle moore | November 25, 2005 at 12:10 AM
by the way i think Alla is going to win
Posted by: danielle moore | November 25, 2005 at 12:13 AM
danielle moore
the objective of the task was to get the most calls---regardless of the method used. Using vehicles would cover more space & reach more people but yet CE did not win. Perhaps CE's 15 people were not effective but randal's 60 were. In season 3 a team lost by 1 point & the leader a blonde that ticked her entire team off was uncerimoniously fired.
