The final four candidates are tasked to create a promotional video for one of the biggest companies in the world: Microsoft It's a dog eat dog world as one team sabotages another team's plans But does it give them the advantage? It's smooth sailing for the winners, while the losers toss tact aside in a tearful boardroom

(Somerset, N.J.) Consulting Firm Owner -- I combine a strong academic background (Rutgers, Oxford, and MIT) with more than 13 years as an entrepreneur including a multi-million dollar enterprise.
(Chicago, Ill.) Financial Journalist -- I'm not afraid to roll up my sleeves to get the job done, but I'm also equipped to lead and manage any group of individuals.
(Las Vegas, Nev.) Salon & Spa Chain Owner -- I have the "IT" factor. I never limit myself. I always want more and I always get what I want.
(Kansas City, Mo.) Real Estate Developer -- I have an incredible amount of intelligence and honesty.
(Atlanta, Ga.) Risk Manager -- My raw drive, passion, and curiosity for life are all essential talents that I possess and have propelled me to success. Coupled with strong ethics and morals, my talents will separate me from the pack and get me hired.
(College Station, Texas) Realtor -- Good enough, smart enough, and creative enough, and gosh darn it, people like me.
(New York, N.Y.) Print Company Executive -- I'm driven, focused, loud, and I won't let anything get in my way. --- When you boil it all down, Brian was fired for being late.
(Sarasota, Fla.) Inventor -- My relentless dedication to the highest outcome for my client would serve Mr. Trump well. --- Markus was fired for not getting to the point. Ever.
(Alexandria, Va.) Sales Executive -- My leadership, my work ethic, and my potential combined all contribute to the ability to be an outstanding Apprentice. --- James was fired for not getting out on the floor and selling.
(Los Angeles, Calif.) Ad Sales Manager -- My leadership style has proven very successful and has made companies huge, long-term profits. Mr. Trump would be fortunate to have me on his team. --- Jennifer was fired for not making sales. With a 15 minute wait, she access to a captive audience and didn't convert.
(Louisville, Ky.) Wealth Manager I blend values, education, and experience to win in any situation. --- Mark was fired for... playing ball.
(Gainesville, Ga.) Sales Executive -- . I am a team player and an exceptional team leader. I am creative and the quality I am most proud of is my integrity. Kristi was fired because she was disruptive and negative. She wasn't responsible for the loss, but she was responsible for a lot of the conflict and dissension on the team. That's what got her fired.
(Philadelphia, Pa.) Investment Banker -- ...superior dynamic, charismatic, electric personality -- Toral didn't step up to lead the team. She didn't prove herself with ideas or concepts. She didn't put on the degrading costume. She did, however, talk WAY too much in the boardroom. Keeping the attention on Toral is what got her fired.
(Anthem, Ariz.) Realty Company Owner -- I have an excellent business background in real estate; I'm the broker for my own company grossing over a million dollars in the first year. I am a real estate investor and entrepreneur.
(Dallas, Texas) Marketing Executive -- I am the ultimate competitor: passionate, grounded, driven, and a work-horse who is, bottom line, a winner. -- Chris missed the not-even-remotely-subtle signs Donald was giving him and got fired for it.
(Tampa, Fla.) Real Estate Investor -- I'm hardworking, honest, ethical, fun, and fair. In the clutch I am truly dependable. I have a proven track record of strong leadership, salesmanship, and being a team player.

As guess this will be like A3 and only 3 candidates will be in the interview process. I am curious as how one team will sabotage another's and whose idea it is to sabotage the other team. That, to me, seems above Randal.

OH YEAH this one is BIG. One unfavorable word from a Microsoft exec on any of these guys and they will be instantly fired. Darth Vader has nothing on Bill Gates when it comes to chopping subordinates off at the knees. :-D

Tearful Boardroom: Felisha Vs Alla
Alla wins.
Anyone have other predictions?
Posted by: Rokker | November 15, 2005 at 02:41 PM
Alla and Randal cheat and Adma and Rebecca lose. Alla can cheat no problem, she's been lying to men her whole life. In the boardroom Adam does another anti-semetic lie and makes Rebecca cry and gets her fired. Adam is too slippery to write off, he is a pasty weasel.

I think Rebecca will be around until the interview process. I think her youth and inexperience will show in the interview. Again, this is IMHO.

This article is about Martha's show but in the middle is talk that Don has been picked up for 2 more season's. This will be an apprentice season 5 and 6 for sure-

JIMMY I don't understand your comment about Alla lying all her life to men???? Do you know her? Did she lie to you?
Posted by: NY10021@aol.com | November 15, 2005 at 07:01 PM
I don't see Alla crying in the board room lol that is for sure. This girl is hard as nails...I think it may be Clay that shows his femail side crying
Posted by: nyc10021 | November 15, 2005 at 07:03 PM
Jimmy... is this true or was your comment just a prediction? I find it hard to believe that the solid Rebecca would submit to crying in the boardroom. Ew though if Adam accuses another of saying bad comments... "Tight-ass Jew" is different from what Clay actually said: "Shy, tight Jewish boy."

Alla was a stripper. Go to thesmokinggun.com and see. She was in a Las Vegas trial as a witness. A guy murdered and robbed 3 people because he ran out of money to give Alla gifts. Strippers make their money lying to men stupid enough to think the girls are interested. Pulling a fast one to get herself ahead would be as easy for Alla as taking off her clothes.
I'm just guessing who the final 4 are. Randal for sure, probably Alla, a strong candidate but she will NEVER win, Rebecca and Adam. I can't see Clay getting near the final 4, Trump is just waiting to can him, George certainly is. Felisha is a non entity.
I have to believe that the producers know about the backgrounds of the people involved. Trump said he didn't know Clay was gay, but he must have, or at least his company risk assessment people did. Same with Alla.

I'm not sure if you can post links on this blog, but here's the Alla synopsis from thesmokinggun. Of note on this site is the story about Chris from last year, who got arrested in a punch up on an Indian reserve:

I hope this works. It is an eye opener.

AnonymousNYer, your take on Microsoft is interesting. I have rarely seen that kind of view. Personally, I think the company has changed the face of computing (yeah yeah, go ahead and flame me people).

Trump is going to fire 2 people tonight
Posted by: Nonka | November 22, 2005 at 11:21 AM
correct Trump is going to fire 2 people during this episode
Posted by: Nonka | November 22, 2005 at 11:22 AM
JESSE, what makes you think Felisha is a non-factor. I think she looked great last week, going into the final four?
Posted by: pdiddy | November 23, 2005 at 01:29 AM
Can you explain why Trump is firing more then one person at a time?
Posted by: Paige | November 24, 2005 at 12:06 AM
I think it's pretty obvious there won't be a tearful boardroom between Randal and Rebecca. They aren't very personal with one another. They have begun to work well with each other.
Alla/Ecstacy The Stripper and No-Talent Felisha have been joined at the hip throughout this process. We all know what Mr. Bill Rancic has said about alliances...the cobra will strike. I must say I am very impressed with the three individuals that will be in the interview process, Rebecca, Randal, and Alla.
Wouldn't it be entertaining if one of the interviewers probes Alla to detail her past and she is forced to reveal her disgraceful stripping days?
Alla, you are very strong and have some amazing skills, but you're resume is tainted with taking your clothes off for money. DONALD TRUMP DOES NOT HIRE STRIPPERS, bottom line.
Posted by: Rokker | November 24, 2005 at 11:52 PM
Felisha is DOOMED this week. Trust me. Randal, Alla, and Rebecca are the Final Three.
Posted by: Thomason | November 25, 2005 at 12:40 AM
You guys are making too much of Alla being a stripper in the past. It should not matter.
Posted by: Defen | November 25, 2005 at 02:19 AM
Microsoft IS huge...and they are partners with NBC. XBox 360 just debuted (yet Microsoft couldn't get Lucas to a: use its game platform exclusively in the Star Wars show...Microsoft is still vulnerable, as Google, Yahoo, and Sony's Playstation have shown over the years. Lucas was also able to protect the exec conversations between his exec and Best Buy exec via scrambling. Darth Vader's no match for whom??? Lucas has not been in court battles around the world for years like Microsoft. Oh, and do you remember WebTV? Thought not.)
I'm trying to figure out what Trump's looking for with his ventures. Alla could set up and run Spas/Salons throughout his empire, like Carol does with golf (still don't understand why she went after Felicia in the boardroom when she said that Adam's wraps were embarrassing to Shania Twain: the star of the task. Yet she went after Felicia...hmmmm.)
Felicia is a Real Estate Developer so that one's easy: she could/would help. And she won the XM task so they already like her and she has made / will make immediate impact by spreading Trump's message/properties to the affluent demographic for that station. She stepped up tonight by selling her butt off. Because really: what good is a toll free # on cell? You still get charged. So offering their cell phone was really a good move...but that could also be construed as playing dirty. (Whichever phone co. owned those phones was stoked: peak hours, exposure, etc.) Plus she's cute. And can play to a wide audience. And she knows how to deal/talk to developers. She's got contacts and knows the sales pitch for that level.
Alla is great ...but I don't think she can play to as wide an audience. Plus she got lucky not getting fired last night...if you're going to commit over half your budget to something, might wanna ensure it comes off flawlessly.
Rebecca can pull the cute act off (especially with her broken ankle...received in a hockey game). But Felicia's been doing it longer.
I see Randall and Felicia in the finals...with Felicia winning if the job is all real estate. However if it's learning/consulting, I see Randall.
Doesn't matter: like American Idol, any/everyone worth their salt will still get a job with Trump or someone else.
Cheers!

"Felisha is DOOMED this week. Trust me. Randal, Alla, and Rebecca are the Final Three."
- Thomason.
Really? How do you know? Is it a prediction or not? And also... and is Thomason a common last name or are you like Alex Thomason?
Posted by: Jesse | November 25, 2005 at 12:35 PM
Trump will fire 2 people . I am guessing he will fire Rebecca and Randal
Posted by: donald trump | November 27, 2005 at 11:43 AM
TRDub, I can't believe you think Felisha will actually win let alone make it past this week. She is the weakest one there right now. Carolyn even made her aware of it. Felisha sucks, she's a wimp. Alla is a stripper, but a fierce one she is.....so no way Felisha will make it past Alla. Felisha needs to be fired.
Posted by: Rokker | November 28, 2005 at 02:45 PM
Well it will be either Rebecca or Felisha leaving, I can't see them firing Alla or Randal at this point.
I hate to think it, but I believe Rebecca will be fired as Alla and Felisha sabotage Randal and Rebecca as revenge for the bullhorns. Randal has a winning record and Rebecca has lost both times at bat, and this would be her third loss.
Posted by: Jimmy | November 28, 2005 at 08:13 PM
Jimmy, If you haven't figured it out yet...I'm a big Rebecca fan so I am hoping Capital Edge will lose again. Rebecca deserves to be in the final two, and she needs a win as PM this week. But I must agree with you, if she does loes again this week their track record will surface and DT will have no choice but to fire her. It will be sad if she is fired this week before Felisha.
