Team Building - Your Finale Dream Team
In Episode 15 - The Games People Play the final 2 will have old teammates return as their "employees" to do the final task. People have already been speculating who Trump will bring back and who will lead those teams.
But the question I have is:
Who is your dream team? If you could pick a leader and 3 other candidates from this season as your "dream team" who would they be.
Even better, which 2 "dream teams" would you like to see battle it out for Season 3 Apprentice supremacy? There is no need to stick with the remaining candidates, or with the 2-types-of-smarts breakdown...
Who do you think would make the ultimate Season 3 team, and why?

I don't know about my ultimate "Dream Team." Last Season's group gave me more to work with. I would be interested to see if they bring Verna back to truly test the prospective apprentice's teambuilding skills. I think that bringing back John, Chris, Audrey, Erin and Michael would make things interesting.

Dream team? You're not talking "snoozers" are you? Let's see...
Kendra - PM
-Tara
-Erin
-John
vs
Tana - PM
-Angie
-Danny
-Stephanie
Each team is evenly matched with Streets & Books.
I'd like to see that contest.
And, oh wait, Chris Shelton would fill-in for George Ross, and Kristen Kirchner would fill-in for Carolyn Kepcher. Now, there's an evening of entertainment!

Kendra(she obviously knows how to hold her own in an argument).
Chris(very aggressive, hardworking and passionate).
Angie(she's tough and she really doesn't seem that bad in business. She and Chris just got stuck with a really bad team).
Oh wow, the rest of the candidates kinda suck beyond this point. Um, let's see...Hmmm...
I guess my last choice would have to be probably Todd even though we only saw him for one episode. If he hadn't made the mistake of thinking paperwork was more important than actually going through the training, he may have stayed on the team for awhile and he seems pretty smart.

Kendra's team:
Angie (she's tough and capable)
Alex (he's refined man and good at presentation)
Verna (Should she have a chance to prove herself?)
Tana's team:
John
Todd (he's too early be fired)
Erin (she can be well in PR, presentation)

This is interesting, the day after 311 aired (the one where Angie gets fired), Jen C.'s commentary went up and said that the Donald was wrong in firing Angie, I went back today to see it had disappeared, some URL hacking and found it again http://www.nbc.com/nbc/The_Apprentice_3/jennifers_commentary/311.shtml which means they really were trying to censor it!

Ultimate dream team:
1. Bren- the man is smart and knows how to work with people
2. Craig- Knows how to get things done, and that being nice all the time just doesn't work
3. Chris- if he can get his temper under control (and stop chewing tobacco), his potential is unlimited
4. Tana- Is always ready to try new things, and is enthusiastic about them.

Assuming the finalists are Kendra and Tana, I'd prefer to be entertained by a trainwreck than to watch real teamwork. I can't use Craig since he just got kicked so, here's mine:
Kendra's team:
Kristen
Brian
Danny
Tana's team:
John
Audrey
Chris
Hilarity ensues when Kristen and Brian shock the charity polo match attendees with their extensive vocabulary of F-bombs while Danny pleads desperately to do a duet with Tony Bennett. Meanwhile, John sends Audrey into another crying, screaming fit with his sexist banter while he and Chris try vainly to fit in with the NBA lifestyle by dressing like rappers. Tana reverts to her MILF role to try to get Chris Webber to show up for the charity basketball event this time.
Back in the boardroom, Trump realizes he's overplayed his hand, declares the season "a disaster" and decides to fire the entire lot of them, bringing Kwame back to win the job.

Callen,
I thought Tara was great this season but she totally messed up the Sony ad. The graffiti was beautiful and was much more attractive than Magna's, but it had nothing to do with the game, nor did it have anything really to say to its target audience about that game. I think Tara would have made it far had she not driven her team down the wrong path that week.
I'm surprised that you placed Pamela at the top of your list for season 2. While she was an excellent leader, she made a monumental mistake in pricing their product far too high against the wishes of the team. That is why she was fired and rightly so.
In season 1, Amy was fired after being unimpressive with the execs during interviews. I'm not sure why she choked so badly, but she certainly was not the best candidate that season.
For the most part, you have picked exceptional candidates as your favourites, but their firings were completely justified. Also, even if they had made it further, who's to say that they wouldn't mess up big again?
To this day, the only 100% unjust firing was Stacie J. Bradford I could handle, because what he did was fairly stupid and Trump wanted to set an example - but Stacie J. was not responsible for the loss in the Crest task one bit - the reason that team went into the boardroom was because Maria screwed up a deal that pushed them way over budget. Elizabeth, though disorganized, had delegated this deal to Maria, and Maria should have gone that day. They both felt in danger of being fired so they pulled the "crazy" card out, and Stacie was gone. Who knows how she would have done further down the line? Maybe she wouldn't have made it far, who knows, but she was robbed. Other than Stacie J, I think every firing has been at least 50% justified (which is all it takes really, isn't it?)
