Audrey, enough already with the beauty comment. You're not that pretty to begin with, as much as you can't do work!

With regards to Audrey`s beauty which seems to be a hot (no pun intended) topic the past 2 weeks, I will quote the tite of Judge Judy`s book which is, ["Beauty Fades,Dumb Is Forever."]

I doubt Trump was hitting on Erin Elmore. All he was doing was making fun of her lame golf swing which was obviously a total joke. She should have stayed back at The Suite because she was a complete disaster at golf. Good thing the Task didn`t require playing a game of Golf.

I was stunned at how Audrey betrayed her friendship with Angie by bringing her into the Boardroom with the 2 others. What a backstabber! It`s another example of a losing Project Manager acting out of desperation to throw others overboard in a shameless attempt to save herself.I`m glad it didn`t work.

CHRIS THE TOBACCO CHEWING CLOWN!! ****LOL****

The high drama was amusing at the start of the show when Audrey went totally psycho on Chris and John at The Suite.Audrey was really cracking under the pressure that the show puts on the candidates. It`s not Networth`s fault that Audrey`s parents were lowlife criminals who did time in Prison. It`s also not Networth`s fault that Audrey once lived in a car or that people were mean to her growing up because she was beautiful.Cry me a River.I`m glad John called her on it later when she was campaigning to be Project Manager. It`s funny and ironic that Audrey shits on her team members and than campaigns to be their leader on the next task. Give me a break!

That was funny as Hell when Caroline rolled her eyes when Audrey was talking. *LOL*

It`s amazing all the endless bitching that people are doing about the candidates this season on Apprentice 3 and yet these very same people who are doing the bitching always tune in to watch the show every week religiously.

My biggest problem with this season's firings continues yet again in the last episode. The losing team's project manager is almost sure to be fired. Team members are not given the responsibility to make their own decisions, and accountability for their actions. Tara said it last week, Audrey repeated it again this week. It seems that the team members are dishing out half-baked jobs, then blaming the PMs in the boardroom for their own shortcomings, using words like "respect", "leadership", and all that jazz. It's plain sabotage.

It was obvious from the get-go that John didn't approve with Audrey being the PM; nominating Chris to be PM instead, repeatedly clashing with Audrey, and being an insubordinate jackas$ in general. I lost a lot of respect for John in this task. I agree with him on one point; Audrey was being a baby in bringing up her personal history (which had nothing to do with the task, or with the whole show for that matter). But still, Audrey was PM, the least he could've done was support her.

The Apprentice 3 cast members looked very strange wearing clown outfits and makeup. Why are these people forced to give up their dignity and self respect to carry out a damn task? When will we see Donld Trump,Caroline,George and Mark Brunett all decked out in clown outfits and clown makeup??? Fair is Fair.

Welcome Back Caroline!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now when will George be back?????????? It would be nice to have the whole team present every week. (LOL)

I agree with most of the comments so far. Audrey in her bio says she uses her looks to get ahead, and then whines about wanting to look ugly so that she can be respected for her brains. Then in the taxi at the end she says, "ooh well, Donald Trump said I was beautiful, so I guess it's not that bad." This woman is very conflicted, has lots of issues and can't work with other people. Her history of having to "fend for herself" apparently has made her distrustful of anyone and not willing to take any blame for herself. It's a classic defense mechanism. She had to go, no ifs ands or buts.

John did not "call" Audry on using her life history as an excuse, because if you remember he came in after that whole diatribe. John impressed me the first episode, but it seems he has very little tolerance for being led by others, and this personal spat between him and Audry just made him look childish as well. Basically he took every opportunity (even after finally voting for Audry to become PM) to criticize her and make her life difficult.

My question to all of you is why don't some of these contestants, when they get to be PM but have someone fighting them constantly, simply say "you're fired!" I don't mean permanantly, but at least ban them from the project due to actually hurting it? I realize it's a risky tactic because you are removing a potential scapegoat should your team lose. On the other hand, as PM you are very likely to get fired yourself, so it probably behooves you to get rid of dead weight, or worse, people who are actually hurting your chances of winning at all. I think it would be very interesting to see this attempted and even more so if the recipient of such a ban actually refused to leave the task...

Danny "Guitar" Kastner was the special guest tonight on The Dennis Miller Show on CNBC. For those of you who want to see this episode just tune in at midnight.

This happens all the time.Someone on "The Apprentice" will get fired and the very next day (and week) this person goes on all these television shows and always makes countless excuses for why he/she got fired. The fired person always tried to portray himself (or herself) in the best possible light (even when it`s completely obvious that this person deserved to get fired.) (Tonight Audrey was on some new Media Talk Show doing her "spin" on getting canned by The Donald.) After the fired person leaves that Boardroom he (or she) goes into "Damage Control" mode. The taxi drive from the Trump Towers is where the Damage Control begins and then the person takes their excuse book with them everywhere they go. The media talk shows are the next place they go.The fired cast member always "spins" until he/she is dizzy. The people give new meaning to the word "denial."

I thought playing golf sucked for a reward! But, I hate golf..nuf sd there.

Yeah, I was really liking John until this episode. He has slipped in my ratings. No one has mentioned Kendra - finally, after all this time, she speaks. And, she did an awesome job with the promotional aspect of this task - it was her idea and it was bright and creative...especially compared to Net Worth's. Ah..what was NW's marketing strategy?! oh yeah, more the same..passing out flyers while dipping tobacco. Brilliant! Maybe they should have included a side activity of a spitting contest. sheesh!

I like Tana! She has a great personality, she seems fun to work with, works hard, is not argumentative and seems open to listening. With one win under her belt - and taking a very risky idea suggested to her by one of her team members, she has had one of the best successes all season.

I just started watching the Apprentice at the end of the last season...so I am not familiar with the format. It sounded like Trump indicated that the tasks would be increasing in difficulty is that the case? And, last season the last few went on real job interviews in front of some company ceos, that a regular bit too?

My ranking so far:

1. Tana: bright, funny, team player, natural leader, as successful and creative win and a female (hey the last two apprentices were guys) but maybe the nice girl next door thing (Betty versus Veronica) won't get her the job in the end, no matter how good.
2. John - Alex: I wasn't a Alex fan until last task, when he had the audacity to solicit opinions from real people, imagine that). John slipped a little this time for me, enough to push Tana ahead of him. After viewing the extended videos he didn't come off looking so chauvinistic...Audrey played/s the beauty game.
3. Kendra: You are on the list, girl, simply for your creative approach to marketing on this task. It was likely what carried it this time..kudos to you. Let's see your stuff as PM.
4. Bren: There is something both charming and cunning about this guy. But, when it comes down to it, I just can't see him working for Trump. But, then again there is George..sooooo.
5. Angie: Good, first appearances are important...she looks a little brassy. That said, she seems to work well as a team player.
6. Craig-Erin: I can't tell, he is finally getting some TV time but I haven't been overly impressed with what he had to say. Chop off on a task..and we'll all find out. Erin can be a little simpering, I don't like the way she tosses her head/hair around when she strives to make a boardroom point..but she has made a few good ones. The golf swing was too weak - seriously, my kid could swing better then that.

Chris - is a hothead and the snuf thing...well, he just reinforced a stereotype for a member of Net Worth.

Despite my degree, I find myself aligning with NetWorth...perhaps I better go back to school for my masters to readjust my thinking.

Fatal decisions made in the first five minutes of each episode:

1-- Taking on PM when you're emotionally raw and considered THE weak link of your team.

2-- Alienating those who are supposed to have your back by repeatedly insulting their insufficient and insensitive heritages.

3-- Nominating Danny as PM for his marketing genius and expertise. Someone slept through the BK episode.

4-- Budget v. Toilet. Cutomer Service v. Development. And all in one episode.

5-- The classic "One of These Things Is NOT Like the Others"-- Veggie Porn. No way the Will and Grace spin fits with Dove's ad campaigns.

6-- My boyfriend's a director and I play one on TV.

Audrey should have eaten John alive in the board room. Insubordinate, sabotaging, sexist. He gave her so much to crucify him with, and all she did was pout and whine in the board room.

I really like John before this. Now I look forward to Net Worth ousting him. He divided the team. Now he has to go. Watch the women take that one down.

Final Four:

4-- Tana
3-- Craig
2-- Angie
1-- Kendra

Let's remember how the producers select the contestants. I can't credit them with being stupid. They recruit stable, unstable, smart, dumb, players, unable to work with others, rich and poor backrounds ... all to ensure that the conflict is lively, intense and promotes meltdowns. What medication was Audrey on? Michael was a poster child for "don't do drugs while you're pregnant."

Remember, don't under estimate the power of stupid people.

How long between each project? How long are the apprentices in NYC to compete over all the weeks/tasks?

Nancy, while I agree that Audree could have crucified John in the boardroom and picked up some points, one argument for her not doing this is what Trump has done in other situations where there's an insuboordinate team member - ask the PM why they couldn't control them? So you're almost damned if you do and damned if you don't. I'm not saying Audree actually thought this through and decided this strategically. But if she had gone the other way the end result would have probably been the same.

Audree has lots of personal issues that showed through on the last episode and she made lots of mistakes that have been sited here ad nauseum. But one thing she could have done which would have shown some originality and I still don't understand why no PM has done it yet, is to simply fire their insubordinate team member. Sure it's a little bit of a cop out, but at a certain point, just as in real life, you have to cut your losses and say - this person is beyond my capabilities to get them to be productive, so they have to go...
