I CANNOT STAND ANNIE! She is rude, crass, and thinks she is so right on! She is also two faced. How can anyone stand to watch her?

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT THE CHICKEN OF THE SEA EXECUTIVES WOULD PICK A JINGLE BY A POKER PLAYER AND PLAYMATE OVER A GRAMMY AWARD WINNER, CLINT BLACK. OMG...Just because they thought not everyone would be into country...give me a break. I am so going to buy the competitors tuna...forget Chicken of the Sea...they sank! Clint, Jesse and Joan rule!!
Posted by: Kris | 05/03/2009 at 10:30 PM
How is it that Jesse James an obvious redneck who doesn't seem to speak english, is married to Sandra Bullock? When Sandra Bullock made the movie"Sleeping with the enemy", she stated that South Carolina, was the most racist state with the biggest rednecks that she had ever worked in while making that movie? He seems so brain dead!
Posted by: Matt E | 05/03/2009 at 10:56 PM
You have got to be kidding me. Jessie was the only one of the last 4 who had/has SUCCESSFUL business experience and understanding. He is a subtle leader who shapes those around him to get the most out of them. And why would Donald be so stupid as to think Jessie should BUY his way to the final by getting Sandra to spend money. DUMB DONALD.. VERY DUMB. Donald....you're fired!!!

I just CRIED when Jesse got fired. Trump made a mistake. Jesse would have done awesome. He had the best creativity and it was such a downer to watch someone that's not loaded just get fired.
I too find it very hard to believe that the chicken of the sea execs did not pick Clint. Very Very political and it's too bad. It's a turnoff.

Joan vs Annie, bring it on!!
This is the dream bout the don wanted to ramp up ratings.
Posted by: Mike | 05/03/2009 at 11:11 PM
Oh come on you knew how this was going to turn out, Joan for the ratings. It was always about the ratings. Joan should have been fired, like Clint, when she was project manager and lost no less at one her fortays selling jewelry but it was for the rating that Trump kept her. So looking at the four of them, Annie was a no brainer it came down to who is she going to be pitted up against. Annie vs Joan there's a polarization makes for great ratings. Like Clint's jingle the finale needs a little pizazz, the other two just couldn't bring that to the table even if they would be worthy advisaries.
Yeah and the girls nailed it. They were such underdogs they actually listened to the execs. Sometimes being so full of yourself undermines what you need to do.

This is such a crock. Joan Rivers sucks. She's not funny, but Donald has been in love with her the entire season, even after she'd screw up. It should have been Jesse. She personalizes everything and has no depth. After watching this all season, there is no way I am sitting through a 3 hour Joan Rivers finale.

PS Jesse showed what Jesse was about (I don't see redneck) and I heard him loud and strong - if you wanted my wife (Sandra Bullock) then you should have asked her to come on instead of me. In unison everyone heard that one it was obvious. And like a former apprentice said when asked - this is the apprentice not the apprenti, it wasn't a couples team show, maybe next year.

I cannot believe Donald Trump fired someone because of a DUI but kept on someone who is calling people "Nazi". Thats just insane. Joan is a insecure, week people hater with major social issues.
if joan wins, well - forget about justice.

1. The Chicken of the Sea Executives made a poor decision on not picking Clint Blacks Jingle. I still have his jingle in my head, and cannot even recall the jingle from Annie... that sounded like any dime store jingle that you hear on talk radio. Also, Clint wrote his jingle, music and melody. Annie wrote the lyrics and tried to figure out how the words would fit into a song... without professional studio musicians, I wonder how she would have done? Jesse and Joan also had a better commercial. I cannot believe Clint lost, I guess Starkist will be my choice for Tuna in the future, as the leadership of Chicken of the Sea does not make good business decisions, it would make me wonder about their quality decisions.

It's so simple. Follow the money. They probably paid Joan to ACT so nasty to Annie. The finale show will bring in the highest ratings possible of any pairing. It will revive the show, and create buzz and cash for an NBC product.
The "country music" angle was just a good cover story to get rid of Clint. He had no chance once Joan called Annie (the front runner) a Nazi. Even if she was not paid to act nasty, Joan was certainly never discouraged from such unbusiness-like behavior. NBC and "the Donald" are very smart. As soon as Joan said the "N" word the final two were locked in stone.

oh, again Joan vs Annie, Joan has no chance to win I think, i have no respect to Annie, but i must say she just know how to play this game, know how to win in the game, so she deserved to win, what can i say?
I like Joan much more than her stupid daughter, hope she doesn't pick her as team member next week(though i think she will -.-").

I think that Joan is spot on calling out that blonde bimbo Brandi. I mean, not only does she prove by her mindless, puppeting mindset that she's brainless each episode, but she's not even smart enough to figure out that the only reason she's still on the show is that Donald has the hots for her. In fact, EVERYTHING ABOUT HER that tags her a winner has to do with her looks. The fact that men will pay thousands of dollars for simply a smile and nod in their direction, the fact that men fall over backward to do whatever she wants. I mean, realistically, she should be thankful she has this advantage because her fame begins and ends with her looks. Her "smarts" begin and end with her looks. So, THAT is the only real advantage she does have and, much as I hate to give her ANY credit, she KNOWS this and has made a life for herself playing that up to the hilt!!!!!
Now...... put THAT in your sipe.... I mean pipe (der hey now) and smoke it!

Donald Trump is a winner even though he kept on one of the seasons biggest losers! He is getting great ratings and that is the name of the game.
Annie has by far been the winner all season. She is a scrapper. Yes, she pats herself on the back ALOT but she deserves is most of the time. Joan however, spends what little energy she has on personal attacks and yet is so shocked if she or her little brat aren’t treated like the Jewish princesses they think they are. For an old lady, Joan Rivers has a slot of growing up to do. Too bad she is not the only person in the world to have had challenges in her life...on the other hand don't look down your nose (or what is left of it) at the "POKER PLAYER". She is one smart cookie and has proven her skills and also that she DOES have friends that back her when she really needs it. I have no double that she would do the same for them. If I was choosing friends, I would rather have Annie than Joan any day!!

Joan wins! Anyone else catch that in next weeks trailer?
Posted by: David | 05/04/2009 at 12:13 PM
In last nights' trailer for next weeks finale, the winner was revealed. The revealing clip was split into two sperate clips with several irrelevant clips between them. In the first part of the clip you see Donald looking to his left. He points to his left and says congratulates the new celebrity apprentice. Several clips later you see the Board Room during next weeks Board Meeting. To no suprise, Joan is on the left and Annie is on the right. I could not beleive that they made such a mistake! I rewound it and watched it several times, pausing in different places, to validate what I saw. If you have it recorded, watch it for yourself. Some other suppoerting facts from the trailer: The board meeting in the trailer is definately the finale. All of the original contestants are back in the Board room sitting in an order I have not seen all season. Dennis is on Donald's right side which never hapenend all season. Annie is still on the right side as she has been all season. Also, If you look closely at Donanld's atire, he is wearing the same suit, shirt, and tie in both of the split clips. Anyone else see this last night? I can't beleive it.

I'm swearing off Celebrity apprentice after last night's show. Cut the crap Donald - you could not see that Jesse James is a stand-up kind of guys - smart, successful, man of few words who leads by example, respectful and caring toward others. Bravo to Sandra Bullock for seeing the man of substance that you didn't. Apparently you are not as astute.
The pattern from last season and this is - 'Wanted: cookie-cutter one-dimensional narcissists (ie: Anne, Pierce, Donald).
Thanks for continuing to give the wrong impression of what smart business people look and act like.

The executives should have picked Clint's jingle over Annie's. I am not into country music but it does not mean a can't appreciate a good jingle. It was cool ! it got my attention, and it was funny. When it's good its good and it does not matter in what music genre is used. The executives made a mistake... mmm it makes you wonder how they got their job.

I'd rather see Amarosa back on the show instead of Annie
Posted by: j c | 05/04/2009 at 07:42 PM
Anne has this game all the way. She has been great on the show and very impressive with her business sense. She is going to whip it to Joan Rivers and take this game to the end.
I think her jingle was better than Clint's it was nice seeing Anne's soft side.

David's observation about the trailer for the finale is interesting. Although his conclusion about Joan winning may turn out to be correct, I don't think that the trailer is iron-clad evidence (too much video 'Photo Shopping': often times designed to lead you down the wrong road).
But here is something definitive I noticed in the finale trailer: Dennis Rodman returns! Dennis was fired because of his problem with alcohol. Then later, Kloe was fired for basically the same reason. Donald strongly chided her about it and said if he had known about it, she would have never been on the show. But then the Donald brings back Dennis and not Kloe! Sounds like a big double standard to me. But I guess ratings are more important that fairness.

I hope Annie wins!
I thought Annie did a good job with the jingle based on her apparent lack of musical talent. But the tuna executives should have picked Clint's jingle (and Annie would not have been fired, Brande would have gotten the axe).
Joan is rude and crass (and her daughter is the same on steriods). But Joan is also very popular which might be enough to bring home a victory.
Bigger isn't always better.
Sometimes less is more.
But you can go long way if you can get people to laugh (even if they're laughing at the most vile and tasteless things).
I still hope Annie wins!

Joan should have been fired weeks ago. Her career is over after all she has shown same with her daughter who is nothing more then a younger uglier Joan.
Can't believe Trump has made such a mockery out of this show by allowing Joan to continue. She is the one that has no class... Non what so ever.
